Jordan studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtaining a B.S. in Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences, as well as a dual major in Communications and a concentration in Writing. Throughout his college career, he faithfully participated in the annual Rensselaer Games Showcase and GameFest exhibitions, winning the GameFest 2020 Award for Narrative Excellence for his project Fallen Angel, as well as the Rensselaer Leadership Award. In addition, Jordan has worked in several semi-professional game development and programming roles, including but not limited to narrative designer, sound designer, and QA tester. His repertoire of expertise includes programs such as Unity, Unreal Engine 4, RPG Maker, the visual novel engine Ren’Py, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, and Illustrator), Aseprite, Piskel, FL Studio, and the sound design software Audacity, to name a few. Jordan’s newest project, on track to eclipse all his previous ones, is a robot-themed indie RPG he’s looking forward to completing.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys LEGOs, sewing, video games with strong stories, 70s and 80s films, good ramen, cooking, and fighting game competitions.
