Robert Santiago


Robert graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Arts and Science in Game Design & Educational Entertainment Entrepreneurship. He has since gained much experience in the lead development role during the creation of several games, including projects such as Maggie’s Mirror, a 2D light and reflection puzzle platformer, as well as Grotte: Shadow, Crystal, Water, The Astral Project, and LifeWriter. Robert also presented at The Rochester Light & Sound Interactive Conference and participated in the MAGIC Spell Studios Co-Up Program. Currently, he is the Studio Lead and Creative Director of his Game Dev team, Hypostatic Studios, working on a sci-fi RPG titled [8128]:(A Perfect Year). Robert joins us with a history of teaching a variety of courses and subjects, including Unreal Engine, Maya, 3D Printing, and more. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, interdisciplinary writing (sci-fi, poetry, non-fiction), music (guitar, synth, saxophone), and, of course, game design!
