For sprawling, complex maps and level designs out of this world, look no further than Timothy R.’s completed game Attack of the Mascots! He began this epic project in the game development program RPG Maker, back in mid-July – and it’s finally finished!
This is the fourth in a series of RPG Maker games by Timothy, each more labyrinthine than the last. This one involves hostile mascots, including but not limited to the Pepsi Man, Kool-Aid Man, and Ugandan Knuckles, each with their own meticulously designed attacks and skills. This month, he put the finishing touches on the game, adding the character Shrek as the end-game boss and then play testing for errors and fixing the few bugs he found. Instructor Logan is, as always, highly impressed by Timothy’s attention to detail, effort, level design, and the quantity (and quality!) of his work. Great job, Timothy!
