Meet Jake N. – veteran Game-U student, enthusiastic learner, inveterate smiler, and Eye of the Tiger fan (and singer!) – Flemington’s February 2020 Student of the Month!
Jake started in Game-U’s Adventurer program way back when, and is now making rapid progress through the ranks. He’s always got a grin and great attitude, and he’s never found wanting when faced with a challenge or a problem to solve!
He throws himself into his game development projects with a will, always excited and motivated to make the best-looking and best-functioning level he can. Just recently, Jake’s truly outstanding racing game was nominated for the Racing 2020 Flemington Game Showcase by his instructor, Ms. Rebecca! Jake’s dedication to coding and game design is nothing new, however, as his “Level Up: Jake’s Story” ah-ha moment (immortalized by Ariana T. in her animated video featured below) clearly illustrates.
He works fast and accurately, and he’s always ready to lend a helping hand to his fellow students. He’s got a great sense of humor and loves to entertain all his Game-U friends and teachers with his jokes, improv acts, and pure Jake character! Case in point – our Jake comes with a moniker: Jake the Snake, or, sometimes, the Tiger (for his love of the song Eye of the Tiger). Snake or Tiger, one thing we all know for sure and Ms. Rebecca voiced – Jake is an awesome student and will do great things.
Congratulations, Jake! For your enthusiasm, dedication, excellence, cheerful attitude, hard work, initiative, and willingness to help out and work together with your fellow students, you are Game-U’s February 2020 Student of the Month! We are all rooting for you to reach ever higher.
