Group Instructor of the Month: December 2020!
We’re proud to announce December’s Group Instructor Spotlight – and the third Game-U Group Instructor of the Month!
Drumroll please…
Our very own instructor, writer, and traditional/digital artist, Anna Lilley! Congratulations, Anna!
Anna teaches the Creative Writing and 2D Art: Foundations and Explorations group classes here at Game-U. She makes connections with her students, tailoring instruction to their learning profiles, and excels in creating an engaging and exciting environment for them. For example, in Creative Writing, students are exploring not only the world of writing – but the world of reading too! Anna’s introducing them to classics and new works alike that they’re excited to learn from.
Anna graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education Interdisciplinary Studies at Liberty University, along with a minor in Studio and Digital Arts. She was invited to join the honor societies Alpha Lambda Delta and NSCS (National Society of Collegiate Scholars). Apart from her career at Game-U, Anna is also a commissioned freelance artist with two consecutive Honorable Mentions, and the Art Program Leader at Gigi’s Playhouse, a non-profit center for individuals with Down syndrome. Anna enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, hiking, writing, making digital and traditional art of all kinds, and attempting (with limited success) to keep her pet cockatiel Shadow from devouring everything in sight.
Congratulations, Anna! Keep up the good work!
