About Me
Connor specializes in game design and programming, with a particular focus on systems and tools and a strong foundation in both creative and technical disciplines. His passion for building interactive experiences, continuing to develop professional and learn skills, and sharing his knowledge with future game designers and creators led him to a career at GameU!
Whenever he isn’t designing games or teaching students about programming, Connor enjoys listening to music, travelling, and hiking.
Achievements
- Graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Simulation, Animation, & Gaming from Eastern Michigan University
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Media & Information from the same – one of approximately ten students to be accepted into the program
- Serves as the Lead Designer and UI/UX Programmer for WolverineSoft Studios
- Invited as a teaching assistant for the university’s Unity courses
- Projects he led, solely developed, or is in the process of creating include Cat-astrophe (a 3D puzzle-action platformer that made it to the top ranks of the UM-EMU games showcase), Dragonheart (?), Corrupt Eldritch Order, Tails of War, and Project Promotion
- Skilled in a variety of industry-standard programs and languages, including but not limited to Unity, Unreal, Blender, Aseprite, Notion, Figma, Atlassian Suite, Git, C#, C++, and Markdown
