About Me

Ian is a passionate game designer and developer with a strong professional foundation, a staunch love for the creative process, and a versatile skill set cultivated across multiple industry-standard game engines. He has similar grounding in and dedication to the classroom, developing educational games and leading a variety of community- and resource-oriented events and groups as he strives to combine the two arenas in a holistic, engaging way. Above all, Ian believes GameU offers the kind of experience he himself would have greatly benefited from in his own childhood; as such, he is truly excited about helping students explore their passions and learn vital skills for their future while doing so!

In his free time, Ian enjoys working on independent projects, making films, and playing Nintendo games.
