About Me
Dr. Naarttijarvi has a wealth of experience in a variety of professional, medical, educational, and career-oriented fields. Prior to her career at GameU, she served as a counselor, educator, curriculum designer, health and safety lecturer, lead science instructor, program director, and more, for prestigious institutions and companies such as Grayson College, Virginia College, HigherInside, American Red Cross, Preventure Inc., and Carrington College, among others. Committed to excellence and innovation and skilled at tailoring her instruction to her students’ needs, Dr. Naarttijarvi was drawn to GameU because of its reputation for producing high-quality, immersive, and fun learning experiences! Her ultimate goal is to continue to create and develop more such next-level experiences for her students.
In her free time, Dr. Naarttijarvi enjoys going to movies with family, hiking, and taking spontaneous road trips to who-knows-where!
Achievements
- Holds a BHS from the Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude, as well as a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport

- Offers and develops curriculum for a wide range of professionally-oriented applications and skills, including Microsoft 365 (all releases), SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Access, Computer Literacy, Publisher, Windows, Keyboarding, Project, InfoPath, Web Design, and Workplace Digital Literacy
- Maintains First Aid, CPR, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
