About Me

Justin is a skilled game developer, 2D/3D artist, and well-rounded professional with experience in everything from character and environment design, programming to project management, marketing, collaboration, and more. Despite his broad skill set and real-world experience, he is always seeking to grow and learn further, honing his skills and creating connections. His goal at GameU remains the same – to use those varied skills not only to advance his own projects, but also to help others achieve their dreams.

In his spare time, Justin loves to draw, play video games, and make music!

Achievements

 

  • Holds a B.F.A. in Computer Game Design from George Mason University

  • Founder of independent game studio Star Otter, which has produced games such as Sync Square and Project Starcrash

  • Worked on various VR (virtual reality) projects with SimVentions, including a 3D replica of a collaborative space in VR

  • Served as Art Lead on the GMU Jammers development team for the game Ultra Disc Club

  • Specializes in high- and low-poly prop and environment modeling, as well as realistic and stylized visuals

  • Created and tested multiple 3D assets for VR

  • Designed, created, and implemented an array of logos and UI elements for sites and companies

  • Playtested and prototyped for a tabletop game concept
